Everything I ordered was great! I highly recommend the Swordfish with Bacon, Fingerling Potatoes and Brown Butter. The Banana Bread Pudding was out of this world. I loved the atmosphere and service.

Everything is good, but I usually get chicken biscuit (breakfast) and chicken sandwich (after breakfast time)....sandwiches give me flashback to childhood where only CFA in hometown was in mall

For an appetizer, I like pickle chips. No matter what entrée you order, get a kale salad on the side (so good!).
One of the friendliest places you'll visit with a great retro-interior, OK Cafe is a Buckhead institution, a well-designed diner with comfort food. great for a crowd. Legendary pimento cheese.
Make sure you check out the artwork! And the mac and cheese.
