Great Pho's, friendly service! Walk in to put your name on the list, go for a beer in one of the nearby bars and wait till they call you when they have a table ready for you.
Felt like I was back in Vietnam! The Pho was excellent, and so was the vegetarian summer roll. Try the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk!
The Crispy chicken and Pho is delicious. This is a small place and can get crowded rather quickly. Tucked away from the city center but worth the trip

The Ramen is flavourful and really delicious. Go early as kitchen closes at 9pm, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Great place for take-away-eat-at-the-canals-lunch. Every soup I ever tried here is delicious. Go here if you like unique combinations (like carrot+oranges or courgette+mint)!
Amazing soups and freshly made sandwiches. If you're going as a couple I suggest getting two small soups and splitting a sandwich. The smoked salmon is awesome and not too heavy.

Everything is pretty tasty here. Our go-to usually is Tonkatsu Ramen or shoya ramen. Cha-shu pork is large and thick cut 👍. Be prepared to wait if go during prime dinner time! One of AMS’s best ramen
Nice atmosphere, the hakata ramen is very good, as well as the service. Although my favorite thing was the homemade ice tea. Definitly recommend this place!

Try the Gevulde Forel (stuffed trout), Eggplant w/Blackbean Sauce, Wonton/Swikiau Soup, Salt & Pepper Squid, Tofu Malacca Sauce. Expect 15-30mins waiting time to get a table, but it's worth the wait.
Always super busy, call first if you don't want to wait. Best sui kau soup in town. I also love the pepper and salt squid. Order the Chinese ice tea, it's yummy!

I love soup en zo and have been a regular at Waterloo. Glad they opened a bigger one in Zuid. My favorite is still their sweet potato soup.

The hotchpotch, the pea soup and the oven dish colliflower are excellent. I recommend choosing one of the pre-selected menú options.

We tried set menus 1 and 2. Everything was wonderful especially the pea soup and goat cheese croquettes. And our waiter was the kindest, sweetest man I wish we had asked his name. Recommended.
Steak with strawberry cheese sauce is tasty. Cod is superb as well. Staff displayed excellent service as they were kind enough to split one bowl of soup to two bowls to make it easier for sharing :)
Paprika soup and the chicken were great :) we even came back twice to taste peat pie which was delicious 😋

Order a plain iced drink (like ice tea) with your ramen. The contrast with the hot soup broth is great and enhances the flavour of the soup.

You can't go wrong with ramen at Wagamama. I enjoyed a seasonal special ramen with some goyza as starters. The service was friends although wasn't able to answer a question about the Japanese beers.

Delicious ramen! I prefer the clear broth but the creamy is also incredible. Vegetarian friendly, and now they offer desserts and more options of portions (including takoyakis!).
Went for the spicy ramen which was amazing, and definitely get it with the soft-boil egg, so good.
