What a letdown after staying at both Hoxton hotels in London. It took 35min for our 1st martinis to arrive. We finally walked out 1,5hr later when we still hadn't received the burgers we'd ordered.

Terrific hotel in Amsterdam that's far from the madness of the city centre. But the tram stops just outside for an easy ride into town. Cozy, functional, well-designed rooms. Free movies on demand!
Great neighborhood bar/restaurant in a beautiful part of Amsterdam. Carter is famous for its rotisserie roasted chicken, maybe the best of Amsterdam. They do great cocktails as well!
Really friendly people and great service... Came to try the chicken which is apparently great but at the time they only had eggs...but they were very good 🙂

I celebrated my birthday here with a group. We ordered many dishes and all were really good, especially the tuna tataki and peppers. Very friendly staff. Place is modern and cozy. Had a great night!

I just love the line coufgt deabass cooked under a salt crust and served at the table, or the Umami oysters, or their fresh fish tartatres. Also try their sea plattter, devine !
