Chris • February 5, 2017Last night walked the Loppet Urban Cross Country Ski Festival. First time on a frozen lake. One of the coolest things ever! It was amazing. Hundreds and hundreds of people walking. Really Amazing!

Mike O. • July 2, 2013Lake Harriet, on the whole, beats Calhoun. However, this beach is tiny and not terribly sandy. Also, way too many kids typically. Calhoun has it bested as far as beaches go.

Arielle L. • October 9, 2018I love this lake. there are lots of paths and parks along it to relax and in the winter, you'll see 4 or 5 ice rinks created on the lake for hockey!
