Devrin Carlson-Smith: without sitting down the best takeaway is the chicken rosada with chulupa and avocado sauce - world class!
Time Out New York: Try the Pescado a las Brasas taco, available at the sit-down café and takeout taqueria. It's one of NYC's 26 best tacos! Read more.
Susan S.: This place is too delicious! The steak tacos are so addictive! I love the tortilla soup. The salad is great too. I love that they have quick take away options, a cozy restaurant to stay in, and a bar.

HuffPost: The takeout/delivery menu is different than the dine-in menu. Take out is limited, but the Steak Torta is delicious and delivery super-speedy. The Mexican corn can be considered a tourist attraction.
Linda: Get the Mexican-style grilled corn from the takeout storefront around the corner. It's $3 cheaper than if you were to get it at the sit-down restaurant.
Hector: The corn on the cob lives up to the hype. Amazing spot with a place for take out a few doors down. Delicious food with generous portions at diner style spot.

Achille Kolla: Not a seat down spot. Order or take out only. Other than that great pho!
Liz Dell: Good, quick and clean. Big potrions. Not a lot of space to eat-in but a very solid takeout option. Everything is delish - try the pho, dumplings, spring rolls, beef bun and the banh mi are no joke!
Aleson Ho: One of the better pho/banh mi places I've eaten at in NYC. Got classic pho/banh mi, and they taste and smell just right and are well-portioned - especially the banh mi. Some seats, maybe do takeout.
7th.List: New. Expects to host beer tastings on a weekly basis. Coolers stocked with takeout bottles and cans from around the world, there’s a bar serving about a dozen beers on draft and more. Read more.
Tim Vetter: For takeaway I usually skip the domestics and hit the first cooler to the right as you enter, for cheap singles of various delicious and hard-to-find German Pilsner, Weisse, and Bock.
Travis Melvin: Nice 12 draft lineup with at least 1-2 local beers all the time. fair prices, half pours, great staff, growlers n bottles for takeaway. meats n cheeses but haven't tried. Great afternoon pint hideout

Johnny Won: Take out for Korean kimbab. Made on the spot, Spam is on the menu, extremely authentic, excellent seaweed and almost impossibly small. You can eat standing here, get the spam.
Flora Cheng: Bulgogi kimbap for takeout.
Judy Cari: Great place to grab take out lunch!

Timelessnomad: When I'm killing time waiting for a train at grand central I come here. Lots of prepared foods, Asian groceries, and take away meals. You can also stay and eat upstairs.
Joe D: At lunch: sushi and dumplings & shumai-like items in the front. Head to the back for warm soba and rice bowls.

Ben: Tiny place, great for takeout. Falafel is key.
Charlottes: Moved in round the corner and know this will be my go-to place for fresh delicious takeout. Too easy.
Denis Akhapkin: Great place. Never try falafel better. Take away that falafel sandwich, whole wheat, harissa, ginger&mint lemonade. Only few places inside, but a lot of small parks in the neighborhood

Vietnamese Restaurant · Greenwich Village · 393 tips and reviews
Erica Choi: I take out either the Chicken Pho, Beef Ball Pho, Catfish Bahn Mi atleast 2x a week. Soup is amaze. Best (and only?) Vietnamese place in the area.
Alice: I ordered take out (got the classic banh mi which was really good). Hmm.. not sure about some of the negative reviews on here..but the staff were extremely friendly to me.
Christina Squitieri: Best pho in NYC. The lemongrass chicken is also delicious. Long lines but they move quickly, and take out is really fast. I love this place!
Joshua Rohrlach: Had dinner from here last night. Definitely a great alternative from the regular pizza and other NYC takeaway. Recommend for something different - make sure you get a serving of the French fries.
Kayla Gibson: Order mixed falafel platter if it's your first time. Only come with a couple of friends, or expect to do take away, seating is limited.
Ash Ponders: On a sweltering day, they're blasting the Air Conditioner. Too bad there isn't much in the way of seating. Get spicy falafel take out and eat in the park instead.

Dive Bar · Upper West Side · 36 tips and reviews
Edmund Davis-Quinn: Great takeout beer bottles at good prices.
Trevor Beckingham: Great beer selection, comfortable hometown bar kinda feel, and Brittany is an awesome bartender. The bottles and cans in the coolers are for taking out or drinking in, but there is a $4 corkage fee
Eric Venker: Best dive bar on the UWS with a great bottle selection - to go or to stay. A solid ~15 draft choices that rotate with 7 or so staples on top of that. Daily happy hour.
Matt Edwards: Burrito bowl is amazing. It's not on the takeout menu so just put bowl in the comments when ordering. Fresh shit.
Brian Clark: The staff are not very kind and do not fulfill orders correctly. Be careful and check your takeout orders.
Chad Horner: a hidden gem deep in the East Village, El Diablito offers an array of taco options - the namesake taco contains chorizo and poblano - and complimentary chips and salsa.
