J Dubs: It's all about the rice noodle with fish balls and extra sauce. Try it, trust me!
Karla A: Rice noodles with beef tripe. Yum! You can take it in a microwaveable container if the styrofoam container does not suit you. Super fast!
Daphne Howe: I love this cart. She serves rice noodles aka cheong fun and you can add fishballs or beef tripe. She also has congee, Lo mein & vermicelli noodles and tea eggs. All for under $5.

Bryan King: Come for the baked roast pork buns, stay for their rice noodle rolls.
jake furst: stick to the baked pork buns and the fresh shrimp rice noodle roll and you'll leave here happy. don't get too weird though, the rest of the stuff we tried was pretty suspect.
Lin da: They're known for their buns but don't overlook the rice noodle rolls!
Anna H: You can find Kam Hing's famous sponge cakes inside Tonii's Fresh Rice Noodle! Weekdays - only the original flavor! Weekends - other flavors! Make sure you call ahead!
Alyssa B.: Tasty, and don’t do same mistake I did of pouring the first brown sauce i saw in the bag… make sure it’s the sweet soy sauce! (They automatically give 3 sauces). Thicker/more rice noodle vs filling.
C: Nifty spot: very fresh, inexpensive quick lunch or snack.

Deborah Au-Yeung: Rice noodles get some good wok hay. Tossed with chicken, broccoli and bamboo shoots and Hot Asia sauce. Topped with fried onion.
KristiaMarie Pastor Balatbat: Fat rice noodles with Peanut sauce. Their beef is excellent, like slices of perfectly cooked steak! Their containers hold ALOT of food...come hungry!
Gabriel Hayes: Awesome place for lunch to go in the Garment District. An up and coming international chain. My go-to is the rice noodles with the Bangkok curry coconut sauce.

Ranu Rajkarnikar: Ceviches were all delicious, tonkatsu pork and cabbage too. Drinks were balanced and tasty. Service felt off though, and clumsy.

Nick Davies: I totally agree with David and Marq - The Pad See ew - beef, flat rice noodles, and chinese broccoli and green mango kimichi. Love those flat noodles!
Nation's Restaurant News: Typical pad Thai is made with rice noodles and often topped with a fried egg or has egg mixed in with the noodles. Chef Preyanet Pongsuwan uses shredded green papaya instead of noodles. Read more.
Kit&kafoodle: Pho isn't bad. Good flavoured broth but noodles are thin rice vermicelli. The Bun Bo Hue also has a lot of flavour with a nice spicy hit and thicker udon-type rice noodles. Good smattering of meat.
Pricilla Wang: freshly made rice noodle rolls out of a tiny window. It might not be a sophisticated lunch, but for a buck and a half, we dare you to do better when it comes to flavor-versus-price ratio.
Honghui Yu: Best chang fen in the city! Be sure to add an egg for extra protein and deliciousness.
Serious Eats: Especially vegetal-tasting soy milk and great fresh tofu. The freshly steamed rice rolls are among the best in Chinatown, but note that they're only made until about 4 pm.

naveen: pho suon nuong (combination rice noodles soup with grilled pork chop): much needed for those cold, cold lazy Sunday lunches (5 degrees out!)
Amy Chen: I got the Tai nam gau gan sach: combination rice noodles beef soup with fresh eye of round, brisket, tendon, and omosa. Huge portions. Great for groups + end of a long day.
Adam Gertz: This is the best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam. I love this best. Get a large number 8 (pho with eye of round and brisket) and add a little plum sauce, siracha and mint leaves. Quality meal.
