Great location, friendly staff, big rooms (ask for a view of the Empire State Building), great free breakfast. It's not 'sexy' but if you don't require a DJ in your hotel lobby this is a fine option.
Beyond expectations. Good clean spacious rooms. Even with a decent complimentary breakfast. Walkable distance to Penn station convenient for intercity train travel.
Friendly staff and comfy rooms. Breakfast and free wi-fi are definitely a plus. Elevators can take long though. But it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in NY. As a Hyatt costumer I enjoyed my stay

Beautiful new (2014/2015) hotel! Guest rooms are outstanding with plenty of space in bedroom and bathroom. Free breakfast daily. Business "center" is the only downfall, as it's just a tiny alcove.

I live in VA and work in NYC consulting. I stay here Mon - Thurs most weeks and the hotel is great. Everything is new, staff is helpful and rooms are comfortable and quiet. Nice having a kitchen
JFK Airport arrivals/departures information is on TV channel 42 in the rooms. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast muffins on the fourth floor and hot drinks machine on every floor.
Only 5 Minutes to time square and about 3 to a subway station! I loved the clean and nice room, the great bed and the free breakfast in the morning :)

The rooms are quite good in my opinion. the hotel is centrally located just walking minutes from times square and offers complimentary breakfast. Rates are also good i’ve must say. But it’s crowded.

I've always wanted someone to put shakshuka -- poached egg with spiced tomatoes, tahini, and cilantro -- into a pita to save me the effort of all that dipping. Taboonette has that breakfast sandwich.
