Dustyn Winder: Super kid-friendly (kids' menu, crayons, high chairs) & great happy hour specials. Love getting a four vegetable platter. Beets w/ walnuts and goat cheese is a particular stand-out.
Burt Herman: Large space compared to other Westvilles that's good for kids and you can make reservations
Kim Garner: The Market Vegetables are amazing!!! The Bok Choy, artichokes with Parmesan, and tomato mozzarella salad are great.

Stefano Guidolin: My favorite greek restaurant in the city, everything is simple and really tasty, looks like an authentic family place in Greece! Don't forget to finish your dinner with some Ouzo ;)
Berk Kapicioglu: The octopus is the best octopus I had in my life. The sea bass was deboned and super soft. Wine was perfect. For dessert, we had Galaktoboureko. Authentic and quality Greek cuisine in East Village.
Eater: This restaurant is now the foremost provider of classic Attic octopus in the East Village, served with grilled toasts saturated with olive oil. Read more.

Chris Heuer: Local gem. Must try when on upper east side.
Cappy Popp: Grilled octopus. JUST DO IT. All day, every day. And the dip plate. And shrimp saganaki. And lemon potatoes. Seriously, this place is utterly amazing. Just don't take my bar seat - pointing at you.
Morgan McKee: Lively place with great Greek staples. Start with the grilled octopus and beets (very yummy sauce). Go for the imported fish for more authentic (and better cooked) experience
Andrew Mallett: Amazing pizza. Family friendly and super cool design. Pizza was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had and service was very quick.
Konstantin: Delicious Neapolitan Pizza. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Service is great. Wonderful place for families.
Harlem Ambassador: Leave Halal\ Kosher dietary restrictions at the door, and be sure to try that Talleggio & Prosciutto pizza which takes all of (2) minutes to perfect. Pizza, wine, salad and not much else! Authentic!

Nathan Holwell: Try the various seasonal and permanent flavours. The presentation and flavour will not disappoint!
Polina Weitz: Great gelato and sorbet, one of my favorite chains in NYC. Live the fact that you can take as many flavors as you like, even in the small size cone. It tastes even better than it looks!

Petar Ivanov: Pros: Good sangria, friendly place good for families and groups of friends. Cons: It looks like it's made in a basement, kinda dark and not really comfortable. Not much choice on the menu either.
Greg Avola: Try the Juanita's Chicken - it's amazing. It's really moist, and has awesome flavor.
Joe Serrano: Matador combo...hands down...best deal. Share with 1 (maybe 2?) other people. Get the sangria... it's pricey but strong and good!
