Spice levels are listed in red to the right of each dish. 7 and above leaves your mouth numb (in a good way). Try the dan dan noodles, pork belly, and crispy cucumber appetizers and go from there.
Fav dishes from my first visit: Spicy cucumbers, pork Dan Dan noodles, twice-cooked pork belly, snow pea leaves, and the hot pot.
Spicy cucumber, cold noodles with chili oil and cumin style tofu were favorites! Tofu hot sauce style great. Tofu garlic sauce style good also if you want less spicy. Non-veg:heard cumin lamb is great
This place has great selection of small dishes, you can't go wrong with any. Have a couple of dishes before the ramen. I love the cucumber dish.

Get the cucumber, pork buns, and a ramen.. My fav is the spicy one with a tonkatsu base. Also, I like extra scallions and freshly ground sesame seeds.
Get the pork bun and cucumber with sesame oil to start. All the ramen is fresh so you can't go wrong with your choice. Subtle but umami flavors.

A bit of a far walk from 360i, but a great afternoon pick me up. The plain yogurt with cucumber, mint and EVOO (& salt/pepper) is surprisingly delish!
I've tried them all and they are all fantastic. Standouts are the pineapple & coconut or the cucumber & olive oil.

the Saratoga Club gets lost in the shuffle but is my sleeper choice for best sandwich. and despite everyone raving about the buffalo cucumbers, the broccoli rabe is far superior.

You must try the scallion beef pancake bun, All dried hand-pulled noodles, and love the cucumbers in the spicy Szechuan peppercorns.Everyone has been talking about the chicken pot, it's worth the try.
