1st family trip to NYC. Sohotel was perfect for our stay! Free Wifi, hot shower, clean room, friendly staff & comfy beds! No elevator? No problem! Staff will help w/ bags! Subway is close as well!
Great location within walking distance to SoHo and Chinatown and Little Italy. Comfy beds with rooms that sleep up to 5 guests! Great for Bachelorette party weekends. Small bathrooms though

Lobby and rooms are beautiful and modern. Everything is new and bathrooms are super chic. Close to Times Square/Bryant park. Great weekend getaway.

American breakfast is worth it. Morning pastries worth the trip to the gym. Library laid back atmosphere. Service could be more attentive.

King Deluxe room is AMAZING. Comfortable bed, big TV, jets in the tub, well appointed room, beautiful design, cute lobby, friendly staff. Never dissapointed with a Kimpton! Treated GREAT as a member!
This is a great location, nice (but small) rooms, polite and helpful staff, comfy beds, quiet and private. But lacks the whimsical flair of most other Kimpton hotels.
Great staff. Very nice rooms, although some of them are on the smaller side, but most are decent by NYC standards. Wine hour is fun too.
