Can't go wrong with the jerk chicken & Oxtails are official. It's been a minute since I had some Caribbean food and I can tell that's NOT the reason why it's was good. It just plain is. Price on par.

Ordering here is always chaotic, especially if you don't speak Spanish... but the food is *really* good.
Great food and prices and if you spend over $10.00, which is not a bad minimum like some other restaurants in the area, you can use a credit card. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner - food is always great!!!

Oxtail is amazing!
Best mofongo place in NYC. Reasonable prices. Mofongo de chicharron and fried chicken are top notch! It can get pretty crowded and hectic on weekends. Make early trips unless you like the wait game.
The chicken stuffed with cheese and jam with mushroom sauce is amazing!

Jerk salmon = succulent! They prepare their collard greens without meat and it's wonderful. Take trip uptown for this gem.
the food is excellent but the eat in service is horrendous, but not unbearable if you have time. THE FOOD IS WORTH IT!

Having evolved from paper plates and take out, the dining room is now full service with plates and glassware. Wine? Beer? We're not sure yet, But the aroma wafting down the block is a lure worth note.

Have been eyeing this place for a while and was glad to have finally tried their brunch -- fast service and tasty food. Arrive early as they get crowded after 1 PM, it seems.
Try the chicken, shrimp or veggie patties. Off the hook!
For us vegetarians One Stop offers both spinach and vegetable patties. I wish they'd bring back their soy patties. Be sure and make the request when you stop in and maybe they'll bring it back!

Omar's is fantastic. They have a great mix of entrees with really great, unique flavors. Cocktails are solid as well. Highly recommend this spot! They even have a great outdoor setup.
