Maria P: Red sangria, black bean soup, and chicken with garlic sauce with saffron rice. Enough said!
Adrian Phillips: Old school restaurant that doesn't take reservations. The mushrooms stuffed with crab meat are a good snack. Be sure to get a paella though, it's big enough for two. Cheap cocktails, around $7 here.
Thomas Green: Awesome, hard to find busy Old School Spanish. Great Paella, veal dishes, and the mussels are pure heaven. The waiters are in their 60s and we're not sure if they are speaking English, but who cares.
Cesar Razuri: Start w/the Black Bean soup & Mushroom Toast. Follow that w/the Warm Smoked Salmon w/a glass of their Portuguese red wine. Not a fan of Salmon? Get the Shrimp Tagliolini w/shaved roasted ricotta. Yum!
ℳ𝒶𝓎♍: BlackBarn is a farm-to-table American cuisine. Been keeping an eye out for their reopening after the pandemic. Always a great spot to enjoy a wonderful meal with both satisfying service and ambience

Zach Linder: Challah french toast, soups, blintzes, pierogies. A NYC institution, remnant of a bygone era, and one of my favorite places on the planet.
Serious Eats: Eastern European vegetarian lunch counter. Go for breakfast hash browns, egg and cheese sandwiches on challah, and plenty of Old World charm.

Melissa Wilfley: Very cute, small intimate bar in the back. Sort of like a speakeasy
Elizabeth Burstein: Great vibe and service, speakeasy behind a restaurant, loves the passion fruit martini and the spice cocktails!

Barb McDonald: Try the white bean soup, tons of veggies and the base is amazing. Not too heavy so year-round tasty bowl of comfort. If you order the Fig and Ricotta and Honey Tartine tell them to hold the tomatoes
Chantae Vetrice: Their special today was three bean chili (vegan) soup and it was YUMMY! A bit on the spicy side, if your taste buds can handle it, but definitely a winner!
Joanna B.: the new beverage special, the "watermelon cooler," with cucumber, agave and lemon is amazing.
