The menu is pretty light, so don't come starving. Order a generous amount oysters and some rosé to start. Also get the excellent little gem salad and the hamachi crudo.

Luke's lobster roll is the most classic lobster roll out there. Plenty of lobster on toasty buttery bun. So delicious! The shrimp roll is also fantastic and worth having.
While the obanzai are the highlight, Hibino also has the best sushi in the 'hood - small delicate portions, perfectly seasoned rice, fresh fish.
I loved both the Salmon and Tuna Hako! Can't go wrong with any of the Hako.

I LOVE SUSHI BOMBS. All sushi rolls should be served this way. Also, don’t miss their pork belly appetizer, signature appetizer with scallops and homemade pickles. Plenty of bars nearby to wait too.
