The buttermilk pancakes with berries are BOMB! They are fluffy af and the berries on the side aren’t overly sweet. The picture is of the aftermath because I couldn’t wait to eat them!

Hidden among all of the other amazing items on their menu is the best burger in the neighborhood - and it's a good deal, too. Eat it.
Southern-inspired and always interesting, Buttermilk Channel is worth checking out. The grilled flatbread and vegetable sides with cheddar waffles are always stand outs.
Be warned. If you don't like cornbread you won't like their pancake. It's not a buttermilk pancake.

Brian is a gem, a real Sunset Park original. Great service, excellent food, and a laid back atmosphere. Everything we've had here over our two visits was great. The pumpkin ravioli is a must try.
