Michelle N. • October 20, 2017Fantastic bakery! Chocolate croissants are a must, and the bread is equally delish. 😍
Vincent M. • June 20, 2016One of the best french bakeries I found in town. Add a few cheap chouquettes to your order, you won't regret it!
Kaitlin • October 21, 2023What is not to love! Delicious pastry and full menu (with a lot of nods to Japanese cuisine), great coffee, charming building, and lake views!
Fab D. • June 24, 2012Definitely one of the Best Bakery on the West Coast! The Bread really tastes like France or Italy... Just some bread, butter and Honey...
Matt • October 25, 2017Great bakery inside the market for both visitors and natives. The salmon roll is tasty when it is still warm. I always buy five for breakfast of a whole week and do this and Nouveau every other week.
Rohan M. • November 17, 2019Excellent food, coffee, bakery products. Has a great vibe. Too crowded sometimes.
Hayden D. • October 5, 2020Came with my partner a couple months ago and got sandwiches, an apricot pastry, a cake slice, and coffee and it was all delicious! It also wasn’t absurdly overpriced like many other Seattle bakeries.
Matt T. • July 22, 2015Amazing pastries. My suggestion would be a morning bun. They are always crispy on the outside with a soft center.
Robby D. • July 27, 2012Tall Grass Bakery is one of the most popular bakeries in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. They do have a website. They have a delicious onion and olive bread for dipping!
JJ • February 11, 2014This place really lives up to its name. Highly recommend. Bought the rainbow cake (strawberry, lime & orange cake with guava, lime and passion fruit on and between the 3 layers)
Martin O. • January 27, 2017By far the best bakery in Seattle. Can't go wrong with anything! (Except maybe the donuts)
Adam H. • November 7, 2018Extra seating and dogs welcome on patio. Pecan croissant and matcha tea muffin are👌🏼
Jane H. • July 15, 2011Along with Le Pichet + @PacificNormWest's, one of the best quiches in Seattle! Leek + Gruyere is to die for!
Eric T. • October 27, 2010New bakery offers a very nice selection of Japanese, French and Italian pastries. Stop in for an espresso and a pear Danish, red bean cake or brioche chocolat.
Aakash K. • February 24, 2012Their croissants are excellent - crispy, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth. I wish they carried more savory baked goods!
xx x. • March 19, 2011You can't go wrong with the BLT&G along side a Chocolat Almond Croissant! Worth the calories for sure
Cory G. • June 16, 2013Everything I've had here is great but their chocolate drop cookies are AMAZING! I always make sure to stop here when I come to Seattle just to pick up some and bring them home.
Kassi S. • August 15, 2014You can't go wrong with a molten chocolate cake. Any of the rich flavored are good!
Kaitlin • January 23, 2021Cardamom rose latte is going to be my go-to here, for sure! And of course, all the baked goods, from buttery croissants to vegan cinnamon rolls, are made in house — and totally delicious!
Jimmy C. • March 30, 2010Best cupcake by far: Red Velvet. Mmmmm. This is the original location, and the best one.
Janet Nami M. • November 7, 2011Some of the best pies I have ever tasted! The Blue Hawaiian has blueberries, coconut, & pineapple. Subtle, not too sweet, and delish! The Mexican chocolate pie has a amazing crust & a bit of a spice!
